Good old T & C’s. Gotta have them.

Please read and carefully review the terms and conditions below. By clicking on "I agree" in your registration booking form and proceeding with enrolment you confirm that you have read and accepted the conditions given below.

Timetable changes

All classes are subject to change. While KINHALL uses its best efforts to operate classes as per the timetable published, in some instances changes are required due to fluctuations in demand. No guarantee is made that classes will run per the timetable. Any changes required will be communicated to those affected prior to the date classes commence.

Cancellation policy

By enrolling in our classes, you are committing to a service contract for a complete term. We do not offer refunds if there is an issue with the service that is outside of our control. i.e - a change of mind.  We hope you can understand, but unless there are unusual circumstances, no refunds are available.

Fee payment.

Full term fees are paid fully upfront. We need to be informed in writing if your child is dropping out of the program at any time.

Late pick ups.

KINHALL operates programs and classes on school property, within agreed times. Pick up times are clearly identified at enrollment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to pick up your child, KINHALL reserves the right to charge you a late pick up fee of $15 for every 15 minutes after the agreed pick up time, to cover the extra facilitators time. If you are continuously late to pick up your child, KINHALL may choose to remove your child from the program.

Medical Emergency

In case of an emergency in the class, the priority of the KINHALL facilitators is to ensure the safety of the student experiencing the emergency as well as of other students and facilitators present in the activity. In case of any life threatening incidents, an ambulance will be called first and the parent of the child will be called next. KINHALL staff WILL NOT accompany the child in the ambulance. In case of non-life threatening emergencies, the parent will be informed.

It is important to note that KINHALL facilitators do not have the medical training required to handle serious medical emergencies associated with conditions like asthma and anaphylaxis. Nor do they have the training required to educate children with significant special needs. In case of an emergency situation related to the above, KINHALL facilitators will contact 000 and follow any instructions over the phone until the ambulance arrives. If your child has serious medical conditions or significant special needs, we request that you arrange for a support person to attend the class with your child.

Failure to arrange for a support person indicates that you are choosing to send your child to the class at your own risk. By accepting these terms and conditions you hereby release and forever discharge KINHALL and its facilitators from any and all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim related to the management of medical emergency incident of your child.

Photography

From time to time your child may be photographed or video'd whilst undertaking a KINHALL class. Parent consent is required for photography purposes. Photographs taken are primarily used for the purpose of sharing a digital, weekly newsletter with all parents whose children attend the program. Such media might also be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to reproduction on the KINHALL social media platform. By enrolling in a KINHALL program and confirming that you are ok with photography on your enrollment booking form, you agree to such use by KINHALL. Parents are not to take videos or photographs that include other children in the class without the permission of that parent/guardian.

Please note: Given the nature of the class format and the fact that children work together in close proximity of each other - your child may be photographed inadvertently in our classes despite you not consenting to this. If this situation were to occur, it would be your sole responsibility as a parent to identify the photos of your child and request us in writing to remove those photographs from our online platforms. We will endeavour to take down the photos as soon as practicable (within 30 days)

By accepting these terms and conditions you hereby release and forever discharge KINHALL and its facilitators from any and all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim related to the management of photographs taken by us of your child in our classes.
